Konva – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Konva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Konva.
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Konva complies with your local laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN, and device secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Konva is not liable for any unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Konva, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in illegal activities.
• Post or share harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, NSFW, or violent content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Spam, advertise, or promote without permission.
• Exploit Konva's features for malicious purposes (e.g., hacking, phishing, distributing malware).
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior authorization.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you share (messages, media, stories, manga reviews, etc.).
• By posting on Konva, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App.
• Konva does not claim ownership of your content, but we may remove content that violates our Terms.

6. Privacy & Security

• Your use of Konva is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Konva uses encryption and security measures but cannot guarantee 100% protection.
• Locked chats, disappearing messages, and private groups are features provided for your control, but we cannot prevent screenshots or recordings by other users.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Konva name, logo, design, and features are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Konva's code, design, or branding without permission.

8. Third-Party Content & Services

• Konva integrates third-party APIs (e.g., MangaDex, AniList, Enime) for manga and anime.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content.
• Your interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in harmful or abusive behavior.
• Use Konva in ways that may harm other users, the community, or the platform.

You may also delete your account at any time through the app's Settings → Account → Delete Account option.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Konva is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• Features may change or be removed at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Konva is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the app.
• We are not responsible for lost data, account breaches, or harmful user interactions.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using Konva.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Konva, its developers, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
