Konva values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Konva chat app ("App") and our related services. By using Konva, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.
a. Information You Provide Directly
- • Account details: email address, username, password.
- • Profile details: profile picture, banner, bio, status, themes, and media you upload.
- • Communication: messages, reactions, voice notes, stories, group posts.
- • Payment information: when you subscribe to premium features (processed by third-party providers, not stored by Konva).
b. Information Collected Automatically
- • Device information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type.
- • Usage data: login activity, app interactions, features used, error logs.
- • Cookies and tracking: used for analytics, personalization, and remembering your preferences.
c. Information From Third-Party Integrations
- • When you use Google OAuth or other sign-in methods.
- • When you access anime/manga content via AniList, Enime, MangaDex APIs, or similar services.

- 1. Provide and improve Konva's chat, manga, anime, and discovery features.
- 2. Personalize your experience (themes, recommendations, AI assistant responses).

- • Messages, media, and profile content are stored as long as your account is active, unless deleted.
- • Disappearing messages are auto-deleted after their set expiration (24 hours or 7 days).
- • Deleted accounts are permanently removed from our servers after 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- • Encrypted storage for sensitive information.
- • PIN/biometric authentication for locked chats.
- • Regular monitoring for vulnerabilities.
No system is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information at all times.

- • Request deletion of your account and data.
- • Manage privacy preferences in Settings.
